ADSL2+ additional notes and fee

• Activation charge including delivery of router - £75.00
• All ADSL2+ services require 3 months notification of cancelation
• Requesting a Migration Code for ADSL2+ services will generate a 30days notice to cease the account
• Additional IP addresses (8 or 16) are avaliable at £1.50 per IP on Network service only
• Customers need to be aware that ADSL2+ speeds are particularly sensitive to distance from the exchange and the quality of the line.
• The availability checker is only a guide to speed as it cannot verify line quality - orders cannot be cancelled due to slower than expected speeds.
  
• Cease of service carried a £15.00 charge
• Re-activation following service suspension carries a £15.00 charge
• Reconnection following BT Line disconeection carried a £60.00 charge
• Non return of router £120.00 - this applies if the router is not returned within 30 days of a cease or a redeployment on a qualifying replacement service.
• A Speedtouch Wireless ADSL2+ 4 port router with a 10/100 ethernet switch will be leased to you free of charge for the durration of the service.
• BT Engineer Visit - no fault found carried a £250 call out charge.
