We understand that not all our resellers can, or indeed want to, offer support to their customers let alone 24 / 7 support. With our Pro reseller package you don't have to as we will take care of it all for you. Whether your customer has just forgotten their password or needs to know how to set up their pop account on Outlook we take the problem out of your hands.

The deal

Included in the Pro package is 10 support tickets a month . more than enough for most web development and design agencies. Any tickets unused in one month can roll over the next. Extra tickets can be bought in packs of 10 for £2.50 (bought tickets have a 1 year expiry on then and will be used only when the monthly set have been exhausted).

How it works

When your customer needs support they email an address you set such as support@MYDOMAIN.COM. This email is forward to us and we take care of it. You can use us all the time or just some of the time such as nights or when you are on holiday.
